Canadian Christmas Tree Growers Association

To thank all our troops serving overseas, the Canadian Christmas Tree Growers Association (CCTGA) is giving each of their families a real Christmas tree this Friday.

Over 3000 trees will be presented to the families of our troops at Canadian Forces Bases in each province on Friday, December 7th. This includes over 2100 Christmas trees for CFB Valcartier, and over 100 trees to: CFB Edmonton (Alberta), CFB Trenton (Ontario) and CFB Halifax (Nova Scotia). There will be large events where the media are invited at both CFB Valcartier (1 p.m.) and CFB Halifax (10 a.m.).
